生成式人工智能赋能高技能人才的职业知识生产与培育

Generative Artificial Intelligence Empowers the Production and Cultivation of Vocational Knowledge for Highly Skilled Talents

摘要 以人工智能为代表的第四次工业革命正对高技能人才的职业知识生产与培育赋能。生成式人工智能作为知识生产的主体之一,突破原有仅“由人”的知识生产,可更为便捷地以人机协同的方式生成职业知识,并改变高技能人才培育的样态。原有的职业知识的生产模式进一步向知识生产模式2乃至机器生产模式转型。职业知识生产与人才培育的场域指向人机协同的、“物理世界+虚拟世界”的场域。由此,生成式人工智能时代高技能人才的职业知识与培育的逻辑指向“人的智慧提升--人对职业知识的运用--人的自我完善与人之为人”三个递进维度。生成式人工智能将促进高技能人才学习方式及人的角色的转型、推进职业知识生产及技术创新发展。由此,从“生成式人工智能软硬件建设、构建基于职业知识的智能情境化教材、建立专家审核与机器知识生产的自动过滤机制、促进与智能机器知识生产同步发展的人的生成”四个维度探索新路径,指向人机协同中高技能人才的“转识成智、由技入道”的生命实践。 The Fourth Industrial Revolution,represented by artificial intelligence,is empowering the production and cultivation of vocational knowledge for highly skilled talents.Generative artificial intelli-gence,as one of the main bodies of knowledge production,breaks through the traditional"human"knowl-edge production and can more conveniently generate vocational knowledge through human-machine collab-oration,changing the pattern of cultivating high skilled talents.The original production mode of vocational knowledge is further transitioning towards knowledge production mode 2 and even machine production mode.The field of vocational knowledge production and talent cultivation points to a human-machine col-laborative and"physical world+virtual world"field.Therefore,in the era of generative artificial intelli-gence,the logic of vocational knowledge and cultivation for highly skilled talents points to three progressive dimensions:"human intelligence enhancement-human application of vocational knowledge-human self-improvement and human behavior".Generative artificial intelligence will promote the transformation of the learning methods and roles of highly skilled talents,promote the production of vocational knowledge,and promote technological innovation and development.Therefore,exploring new paths from four dimensions:"construction of generative artificial intelligence software and hardware,construction of intelligent contextu-alized textbooks based on vocational knowledge,establishment of automatic filtering mechanism for expert review and machine knowledge production,and promotion of human generation that develops synchronously with intelligent machine knowledge production",this points to the life practice of"transforming knowledge into intelligence and technology into the essence"for highly skilled talents in human-machine collaboration.
