摘要
目的研究情绪调节在医学生内向和外向人格特征与负性情绪之间的调节和中介效应。方法利用MBTI人格内向和外向量表、情绪调节量表以及负性情绪量表使用SPSS 27.0和PROCESS 4.0分析相关关系、中介和调节效应。结果医学生内向和外向人格特征与压力、焦虑、抑郁均呈现出负相关;医学生内向和外向人格特征与表达抑制呈现出负相关,与认知重评呈现出正相关;医学生的认知重评与压力、焦虑、抑郁均呈现出负相关,医学生的表达抑制与压力、焦虑、抑郁呈现出正相关。高表达抑制能减弱医学生内向和外向人格特征对压力和抑郁的负向预测。认知重评在医学生内向和外向人格特征对负性情绪起部分中介作用,表达抑制起调节作用。结论引导内向医学生积极向外向发展,鼓励内向的医学生尽量选择认知重评的方法来进行情绪调节,引导他们不要刻意去抑制情绪的表达。
Objective To explore the regulatory and mediation effect of emotion regulation of introverted and extroverted personality traits and negative emotion among medical students.Methods Correlativity,mediation and regulatory effect were analyzed using the MBTI personality personality scale,emotion regulation scale and negative emotion scale with SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS 4.0.Results Negative correlation existed between introverted and extroverted personality traits and stress,anxiety,and depression among medical students.Moreover,introverted and extroverted personality traits were negatively associated with expressive suppression and positively associated with cognitive reappraisal.Cognitive reappraisal was found to be negatively correlated with stress,anxiety,and depression,while expressive suppression showed positive correlations with these negative emotions.High levels of expressive suppression were found to weaken the negative predictive effects of introverted and extroverted personality traits on stress and depression.Cognitive reappraisal partially mediated the relation between introverted and extroverted personality traits and negative emotions among medical students,and expression inhibition played a moderating role.Conclusion Introverted medical students should be guided to actively develop to extroversion,introverted medical students should be encouraged to choose cognitive reappraisal as far as possible to regulate their emotion,and guided not to deliberately suppress the expression of emotions.
