中国学科制度中知识规范与社会建制的耦合 被引量:1

The Coupling of Intellectual Norms and Social Constructs of the Disciplinary System in China

摘要 学科制度是学科建设的必要性前提。在中国学科建设的话语环境下,学科制度可视为内在规范化的知识体系和外在法定化的建制体系。从知识规范层面来看,学科制度是知识生产演化的建构产物;从学科制度的社会建制层面来看,学科制度很大程度上产生于政策场域内的理性选择,这与制度发生学理论中“制度产生于自发演化及理性创设的双重路径”相耦合。在学科制度的构建过程中,需要进一步理顺两个层面的关系,既要强调知识与理论层面的智识建设,也要注重实践与政策层面的组织建制,在学术共同体与利益共同体中寻求一种平衡,以实现制度认同的最大化。 Discipline system is the necessary precondition for discipline construction.In the discourse environment of discipline construction in China,the discipline system can be regarded as an internal standardized knowledge system and an external legalized establishment system.From the level of knowledge norms,the discipline system is a constructed product of the evolution of knowledge production;from the level of social establishment of the discipline system,the discipline system is largely generated from the rational choice in the policy field,which is also the same as that in the theory of institutional genesis.This is also in line with the theory of institutional genesis,which states that“the system arises from the dual path of spontaneous evolution and rational creation”.Therefore,in the process of constructing the disciplinary system,it is necessary to further smooth out the relationship between the two levels of disciplinary system,emphasizing not only the intellectual construction at the knowledge and theory level,but also the organizational establishment at the practice and policy level,and seeking a balance between the academic community and the community of interest in order to maximize the system’s identity.
