司马煤业选煤厂重介质分选工艺优化改造及应用分析

摘要 针对司马煤业选煤厂入选煤质不稳定,重介质分选工艺存在自动化、智能化水平偏低,选煤效果不理想等问题,为有效解决上述问题,结合煤炭洗选行业发展趋势,基于选煤厂选煤现状,通过应用自动化、智能化技术,重点对选煤过程中的一些关键环节进行了智能化改造,取得了较好的改造应用效果,有效提升了选煤工艺的自动化、智能化水平,促进了选煤工作的降本增效。 In response to the unstable coal quality,low level of automation and intelligence in the heavy medium sorting process,and unsatisfactory coal selection results in the Sima Coal Preparation Plant,in order to effectively solve the above problems,combined with the development trend of the coal washing industry and based on the current situation of coal preparation in the plant,intelligent transformation was focused on some key links in the coal selection process through the application of automation and intelligence technology.Good transformation and application effects were achieved,effectively improving the automation and intelligence level of the coal preparation process and promoting cost reduction and efficiency increase in coal preparation work.
