摘要
单轨吊作为矿井中人员、材料、设备的辅助运输设备,其具有安全可靠、爬坡能力强、不跑车掉道、不受底板影响等优势,使得单轨吊在煤矿辅助运输系统中有着较为广阔的应用前景。但我国对于单轨吊的研究时间较短,并且未根据矿井实际地质条件和巷道条件进行具体设计选择,难以保障单轨吊设计的应用价值。据此,以某煤矿为研究案例,结合煤矿地质和巷道条件,合理实施巷道断面锚固、单轨吊选择及吊箱以及单轨吊作业流程优化设计。通过SolidWorks+ANSYS联合仿真方式,确认优化后机架、夹紧装置等单轨吊辅助运输系统驱动单元关键结构件的受力情况,进而快速分析优化设计可行性。另外,将优化配置应用工程实践,确认单轨吊辅助运输系统驱动单元配置设计具有较强的社会效益和经济效益。
As an auxiliary transportation equipment for personnel,materials and equipment in the mine,monorail crane has the advantages of safety and reliability,strong climbing ability,no sports car falling off the road,and no influence on the floor,so that the monorail crane has a broad application prospect in the current coal mine auxiliary transportation system.However,the research time of monorail crane in China is relatively short,and the specific design selection is not made according to the actual geological conditions and roadway conditions of the mine,which is difficult to ensure the application value of monorail crane design.Accordingly,taking a coal mine as a research case,combined with the geological conditions of the coal mine and the roadway conditions,the roadway section anchoring,monorail crane selection and the optimization design of the operation process of the hanging box and monorail crane were reasonably implemented.Through the SolidWorks+ANSYS joint simulation method,the force of the key structural parts of the drive unit of the monorail auxiliary transportation system such as the optimized frame and the tightening structure was confirmed,and then the feasibility of the optimized design was quickly analyzed.In addition,the configuration application engineering practice will be optimized to confirm that the configuration design of the drive unit of the monorail auxiliary transportation system has strong social and economic benefits.
