摘要
针对传统集装箱码头升级改造为自动化集装箱码头之后,人工设备与自动化设备混线作业导致作业密度和信息交换率增大,码头作业更复杂,继续采用传统方法管控这些设备较为困难的问题,提出一种传统集装箱码头自动化升级改造之后的数据集成方案。在全面汇聚码头数据和信息的基础上,建立数据规则引擎进行数据治理,通过时序数据库提升设备数据采集的实时性,通过微服务技术框架提升系统的并发性能,在系统前端采用WebGL技术实现数据可视化展示,使系统具有设备监测、设备控制和调度任务管理等多种功能。目前该系统已在厦门远海码头上线应用,运行效果良好,能为码头管理人员提供高效、稳定、全面的全场作业管控方案。
An increasing number of container terminals are transitioning into automated ones by automating their port machinery.The hybrid operation of manual and automated equipment has increased operational density and information exchange demand,making terminal operations more complicated.It is very difficult to manage,monitor,and control these automated machines using traditional methods after the transformation,so efficient data processing and control methods are needed.The data integration solution for container terminals under automation transformation built in this paper establishes a data rule engine for data governance based on comprehensively gathering terminal data and information.It reduces data acquisition latency through a time-series database,improves system concurrency performance through a microservice technology framework,and uses WebGL technology in the front end to achieve data visualization.It has multiple functions such as equipment monitoring,equipment control,and task scheduling management,providing an efficient,stable,and comprehensive full-field operation control system for automated container terminal managers.
