摘要
在数控实验教学过程中,要对教学内容加以深化以适应工业4.0背景下“智能制造”的要求。将传统的数控技术同信息技术结合起来,使教学中所用设备适应数控设备的发展并及时进行硬件与软件的升级换代。教师要创新教学模式,通过线上线下结合,充分利用校企合作平台,将虚拟现实与数字孪生等先进的技术运用于教学之中,培养全面发展的高素质数控技术人才。
In the process of CNC(Computer Numerical Control)laboratory teaching,the curriculum content needs to be en-riched to meet the requirements of“Intelligent Manufacturing”under the context of industry 4.0.The integration of conventional CNC technology with information technology ensures that the equipment used in education keeps pace with the development of CNC machinery,facilitating timely upgrades of both hardware and software.Educators are tasked with innovating teaching method-ologies by combining online and offline approaches,fully leveraging university-enterprise collaboration platforms.They incorpo-rate advanced technologies such as virtual reality and digital twinning into the educational process,cultivating well-rounded,high caliber professionals in CNC technology.
