长江禁渔令下的靖江美食及其转型

摘要 2020年8月,习近平总书记在安徽考察时指出“长江生态环境保护修复,一个是治污,一个是治岸,一个是治渔。”为贯彻落实总书记讲话要求和泰州市委全会精神,助力泰州餐饮企业转型发展,扩大泰州地方美食的影响力,市人大常委会组成多部门参与的调研组,对靖江在长江大保护背景下,加快江鲜美食转型升级的做法进行了深入调研,提出了靖江要加快推进世界美食之都建设的建议。 In order to implement the requirements of the General Secretary's speech and the spirit of the plenary session of the Taizhou Municipal Committee,help the transformation and development of Taizhou catering en⁃terprises,and expand the influence of Taizhou local cuisine,the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress formed a research group with the participation of multiple departments,and conducted an in-depth in⁃vestigation on the methods of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of river delicacy cuisine in Jingjiang under the background of the great protection of the Yangtze River.The suggestion is put forward that Jingjiang should accelerate the construction of the world cuisine capital.
