稀土对高强车轮钢夹杂物赋存特征的影响研究

Effect of Rare Earth on the Occurrence Characteristics of Inclusions in High-strength Wheel Steel

摘要 结合高温模拟实验和热力学分析,探讨了稀土对高强车轮钢中夹杂物类型及尺寸分布的影响,并与传统的钙处理钢进行了对比。研究结果表明,铝脱氧车轮钢经钙处理后夹杂物主要为Al_(2)O_(3)、MnS、(Mn,Ca)S和CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)以及Al_(2)O_(3)-(Mn,Ca)S和CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaS包裹型复合夹杂物;与钙处理钢对比,车轮钢经稀土处理后,钢中Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物数量减少,MnS和(Ca,Mn)S夹杂物消失,生成了近球形的Ce_(2)O_(2)S、Ce_(2)O_(3)夹杂,夹杂物尺寸显著减小;随稀土含量的增加[w(Ce)=0.0160%~0.0250%],不大于5μm的夹杂物数量占比由91.0%提升至99.8%,稀土细化夹杂物效果显著。热力学分析表明:在1600℃条件下,随着车轮钢中w(Ce)由0增加至0.0300%,钢液中主要夹杂物类型的变化规律为Al_(2)O_(3)→CeAlO_(3)→Ce_(2)O_(3)→Ce_(2)O_(2)S。通过稀土处理可实现钢中Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物的变质,并有效抑制凝固过程中MnS夹杂的生成,生成Ce_(2)O_(2)S、Ce_(2)O_(3)夹杂。 The effects of rare earth on the type and size distribution of inclusions in high-strength wheel steel were investigated by high temperature simulation experiment and thermodynamic analysis, and the occurrence characteristics of inclusions in rare earth treated steel was compared with the traditional calcium treated. The results show that the inclusions in aluminum deoxidized wheel steel after calcium treatment are mainly Al_(2)O_(3), MnS,(Mn, Ca)S and CaO-Al_(2)O_(3), and Al_(2)O_(3)-(Mn, Ca)S and CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaS wrapped composite inclusions. Compared with calcium-treated steel, the content of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in wheel steel after rare earth treatment is reduced, MnS and(Ca, Mn)S nearly spherical inclusions of Ce_(2)O_(3) and Ce_(2)O_(2)S were formed, and the size of inclusions decreased significantly. With the increase of rare earth content [w(Ce)=0.0160%~0.0250%], the proportion of inclusions ≤5 μm increased from 91.0% to 99.8%, and the effect of rare earth refining inclusions was remarkable. In addition, the thermodynamic analysis shows that, with the increase of w(Ce) in wheel steel from 0 to 0.0300%, the change rule of main inclusions in molten steel is Al_(2)O_(3)→CeAlO_(3)→Ce_(2)O_(3)→Ce_(2)O_(2)S at 1600 ℃. The modification of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in steel can be realized by rare earth treatment, and the formation of MnS inclusions during solidification can be effectively suppressed, resulting in Ce_(2)O_(2)S and Ce_(2)O_(3) inclusions.
