摘要
既往对小胶质细胞的研究主要聚焦于病理状态下小胶质细胞炎症功能的作用。而近年来众多研究发现,正常生理条件下的小胶质细胞对于神经发育及突触的形成和可塑性的调节起重要作用。此外,维持大脑稳态有赖于小胶质细胞对神经发育及突触可塑性的作用,当小胶质细胞功能和数量异常时可表现出行为学的异常。文中对小胶质细胞在生理及病理条件下对神经发育、突触形成和可塑性以及对人体行为的调节等方面的研究进展作一综述。
Previous studies have focused on the role of microglia in inflammatory function in pathological conditions.In recent years,studies have found that microglia under normal physiological conditions play an important role in neurodevelopment,synapse formation and plasticity regulation.In addition,the effects of microglia on neural development and synaptic plasticity are also involved in the maintenance of normal brain activities,and behavioral abnormalities may occur when microglia function is abnormal.In this review,we focus on microglia of the impact on neurodevelopment,synaptic formation and plasticity as well as the regulation of human behavior under physiological and pathological conditions.
