摘要
针对船用齿轮箱中齿轴断齿事故,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析、硬度测试和金相检验等方法分析了断齿原因。结果表明:中齿轴齿部次表面存在Al_(2)O_(3)夹渣,且齿轮在工作时存在交变应力,使齿轮萌生微裂纹,微裂纹进一步疲劳扩展,最终导致齿轮断裂。
Aiming at the tooth fracture accident of the middle gear shaft in the marine gearbox,the causes of the tooth fracture were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,hardness test and metallographic examination.The results show that there was Al_(2)O_(3) slag on the subsurface of the middle gear shaft,and the alternating stress existed in the gear during operation,which caused the microcracks to initiate in the gear,and the microcracks further fatigue expanded,eventually leading to the fracture of the gear.
