摘要
实现数字基础设施均衡发展是高质量发展背景下关中平原城市群需要重点关注的问题之一。基于2012—2021年关中平原城市群11个城市的样本数据,采用标准差椭圆、空间马尔可夫链和灰色关联分析探究了数字基础设施发展水平的时空演化特征及其影响因素。研究发现:关中平原城市群的数字基础设施发展水平并不均衡,但各城市之间的差距呈现逐渐缩小的趋势;空间格局总体呈现出东北-西南方向向心集聚、西北-东南方向空间发散的态势,分布重心逐渐向东移动;同时,在不同邻域类型下,各城市数字基础设施发展水平维持稳定的概率要高于向上或向下转移的概率,难以实现跨水平发展;政府支持力和内源拉动力对关中平原城市群数字基础设施发展水平的时空演化具有显著影响。通过考察关中平原城市群数字基础设施发展水平的时空格局演化及其影响因素,希冀为其优化布局和协调发展提供决策参考。
Achieving a balanced development of digital infrastructure is one of the issues that the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration needs to focus on in the context of high-quality development.Based on the sample data of 11 cities in the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration from 2012—2021,the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of digital infrastructure development level and its influencing factors are explored using standard deviation ellipse,spatial Markov chain,and gray correlation analysis.It is found that:The digital infrastructure development level of the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration is uneven,but the gap between cities shows a trend of gradual reduction;The spatial pattern generally shows a centripetal concentration in the northeast-southwest direction and a spatial dispersion in the northwest-southeast direction,with the center of gravity of the distribution gradually moving eastward.At the same time,the probability of maintaining a stable level of digital infrastructure development across cities is higher than the probability of shifting upward or downward under different neighborhood types,making it difficult to achieve cross-level development;Government support and endogenous pulling force have significant effects on the spatial and temporal evolution of digital infrastructure development level in Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration.By examining the spatio-temporal pattern evolution of the digital infrastructure development level in the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration and its influencing factors,we hope to provide a decision reference for its optimal layout and coordinated development.
