摘要
目的分析血清降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)、白细胞计数(White Blood Cell,WBC)、C反应蛋白(Creactive Protein,CRP)联合检测诊断新生儿脓毒症的价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月来宾市人民医院收治的86例脓毒症患儿设为观察组,选取同期于本院出生的75名健康新生儿设为健康组,比较两组PCT、WBC、CRP的差异,分析PCT、WBC、CRP单独及联合检测诊断新生儿脓毒症的价值。结果观察组PCT为(5.71±0.89)ng/mL,WBC为(25.88±3.61)×10^(9)/L,CRP为(15.63±2.11)mg/L,均高于健康组的(0.24±0.03)ng/mL、(4.36±0.97)×10^(9)/L、(3.89±0.64)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=53.179、50.056、46.346,P均<0.001);受试者工作特征曲线结果显示,PCT、WBC、CRP联合诊断新生儿脓毒症的曲线下面积为0.934(95%CI=0.886~0.983),高于3者单独诊断的0.867(95%CI=0.809~0.926)、0.898(95%CI=0.878~0.974)、0.860(95%CI=0.793~0.927)。结论PCT、WBC、CRP在新生儿脓毒症患儿体内异常升高,3者联合检测可为诊断新生儿脓毒症提供有力依据。
Objective To analyze the value of serum procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)combined test in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.Methods A total of 86 children with sepsis admitted to Laibin People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were set as the observation group,and 75 healthy newborns who gave birth in the hospital during the same period were set as the health group.The difference of PCT,WBC and CRP between the two groups was compared,and the value of PCT,WBC and CRP in diagnosing neonatal sepsis was analyzed.Results In the observation group,PCT,WBC and CRP were(5.71±0.89)ng/mL,(25.88±3.61)×10^(9)/L and(15.63±2.11)mg/L respectively,higher than those in the health group[(0.24±0.03)ng/mL,(4.36±0.97)×10^(9)/L and(3.89±0.64)mg/L],and the differences were statistically significant(t=53.179,50.056,46.346,all P<0.001).The results of the receiver operating characteristic curve showed that the area under curve of the combined test of neonatal sepsis by PCT,WBC and CRP was 0.934(95%CI=0.886~0.983),higher than 0.867(95%CI=0.809~0.926),0.898(95%CI=0.878~0.974)and 0.860(95%CI=0.793~0.927)of the 3 test alone.Conclusion PCT,WBC and CRP levels are high in the body of neonatal sepsis children,and the combination of the 3 test can provide a strong basis in diagnosing neonatal sepsis.
