摘要
目的:探讨通腑醒神汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的临床效果。方法:选取符合标准的99例缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(49例,常规治疗+胞磷胆碱钠)和观察组(50例,常规治疗+胞磷胆碱钠+通腑醒神汤),2组均持续治疗1个月。比较2组各项临床指标。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,口齿不清、面色晦暗、少气懒言、智能减退等中医证候积分及血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白水平低于对照组;血清HSP70、VEGF、Ang-1、血清脑源性神经因子、胰岛素样生长因子-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者加用通腑醒神汤较单纯西药治疗疗效更佳,能有效减轻临床症状,降低脑组织损伤,改善脑血循环,促进神经再生重建。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongfu Xingshen decoction on patients with cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke.Method:99 patients with cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke in our hospital(May 2018 to May 2023)were divided into the control group(49 cases,conventional treatment+citicoline sodium)and the observation group(50 cases,conventional treatment+citicoline sodium+Tongfu Xingshen decoction)according to random number table method.Both groups continued to be treated for one month.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of TCM syndromes such as slurred speech,dull complexion,lack of enthusiasm and mental retardation and the level of serum glial fibrillary acidic protein were lower than those of the control group.The levels of HSP70,VEGF,Ang-1,brain-derived nerve factor and insulin-like growth factor-1 in serum were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongfu Xingshen decoction is more effective than western medicine in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce brain tissue damage,improve cerebral blood circulation and promote nerve regeneration and reconstruction.
