我国卓越工程师培养问题分析与对策建议

摘要 在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的大背景下,全球主要国家均大力推进工程教育改革,以满足新时代卓越工程人才培养的需要。自2010年我国教育部启动“卓越工程师教育培养计划”以来,我国卓越工程师培养取得了诸多成效,但在评价体系、教育理念、企业参与意愿、工科教师能力、学生学习动力等方面还存在一些问题。美国、德国、新加坡等发达国家在工程教育改革方面积累了丰富的经验,国内的重庆大学、天津大学、 XbotPark机器人基地等教育机构及新型创新组织也积极探索了新工科教育模式。结合我国工程教育存在的问题和国内外工程教育改革的有益探索,提出三种产教协同培养卓越工程师的实践教学机制,并从政府、高校、企业三个层面提出提升卓越工程师培养质量的对策建议。 In the context of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,major countries in the world have vigorously promoted the reform of engineering education to meet the needs of training outstanding engineering talents in the new era.Since the Ministry of Education launched the Outstanding Engineer Education and Training Program in 2010,many achievements have been made in the cultivation of outstanding engineers.However,there are still some problems in the evaluation system,educational philosophy,willingness of enterprises to participate,ability of engineering teachers,and student learning motivation.Developed countries such as the United States,Germany,and Singapore have accumulated rich experience in engineering education reform.In China,Chongqing University,Tianjin University education institutions such as XbotPark Robot Base and new innovative organizations have also actively explored new engineering education models.Based on the problems existing in engineering education in China and beneficial explorations of engineering education reform at home and abroad,three practical teaching mechanisms for collaborative training of outstanding engineers through industry and education are proposed,and countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of excellent engineer training are proposed from the three levels of government,universities,and enterprises.
