摘要
从收入均衡度、保障普惠度、生产丰富度、生活幸福度四方面构建县域共同富裕评价指标体系,综合运用耦合协调度模型、ESDA、Dagum基尼系数分析2013-2021年福建省县域共同富裕水平的时空变化特征,并通过障碍度模型探究其影响因素。结果表明:①研究期间福建省县域共同富裕水平呈现逐渐升高趋势,并存在显著的空间正相关,整体差距有所缩小,但闽东南地区内部差距存在逐渐扩大态势;②耦合协调等级从以轻度失调为主向轻度协调转变,耦合协调度呈现出与共同富裕水平类似的空间分布格局;③从准则层看,共同富裕水平的主要阻碍来自生产丰富度,从指标层看,主要障碍因子为期末参加城乡居民社会养老保险人数、粮食生产水平和消费水平。
Counties,as key nodes linking urban and rural areas,are of great significance in promoting common prosperity.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of common prosperity level in counties from four aspects,namely,income balance,protection and benefit,production richness and happiness of life,and analyzes the regional differences and obstacles by using coupling coordination degree,ESDA,Dagum Gini coefficient and obstacle degree model.It is found as follows.The common prosperity level of counties in Fujian shows a trend of gradual increase in time series,and there is a significant positive correla-tion in space,and the gap is narrowed on the whole,but there is a gradual expansion of the gap in the southeast Fujian.@The coupling coordination level of the four major criterion layers changes from a mild disorder to a mild coordination,and the spatial distribution of the coupling coordination level is similar to that of the common prosperity level.@In terms of the criterion lay-er,the main obstacle to the county common prosperity level comes from the production richness.In terms of the indicator level,the main obstacle factors are the number of urban and rural residents participating in social pension insurance at the end of the period,the food production level and the consumption level.
