摘要
深圳不仅是薛忆沩移民历程中的重要“站点”,亦是其文学创作的重要主题。早年《遗弃》《影子的告别》两部作品所呈现的时代价值的转化,在宣告一个时代的终结的同时,更预示着作为“世俗空间”的深圳在1990年代地位的上升。借深圳这个“世俗中国”的代表空间,薛忆沩一方面正视了当代中国世俗化进程中个人面临的异化危机,亦通过“深圳人”的生存困境反思了20世纪中国历史中的宏大论述。薛忆沩进一步将“深圳人”置于全球化的背景中,在跨国移民的悲欢离合中,以普世性视角重新勾勒海外华人的家园之思。将深圳经验浓缩为一种世俗情感,薛忆沩不仅刻画出世俗年代海内外华人普遍的生存境遇,亦丰富着全球化语境下“中国故事”的呈现方式。
Shenzhen is not only an important station in Xue Yiwei’s migratory journey but also an important theme in his literary creation.His early works,Abandoned and Goodbye to the Shadows,that represented the transformation of the values of the time,when announcing the end to an era,predicted the ascendancy of the position of Shenzhen in the 1990s.By relying on Shenzhen as the representative of secular China,Xue Yiwei squarely faced the crisis of alienation confronting the individuals in the process of China’s secularization at the same time when he,through the circumstances of survival of the Shenzhen people,reflected on the grand narrative of the Chinese history in the twentieth century.Further,Xue Yiwei placed the Shenzhen people in the background of globalization and,in the sadness,happiness,departures and reunions of transnational migration,re-depicted the homeward turned thoughts of the overseas Chinese from the universal perspective.By condensing the Shenzhen experience as a secular sentiment,Xue Yiwei not only describes the university survival circumstances of the Chinese at home and abroad in the years of seculariation but also enriches the ways of representation of the Chinese story in a globalized context.
