摘要
研究旨在通过全收粪法测定酶解棉籽蛋白(enzymatic hydrolysis of cottonseed protein,EHCP)生长猪有效能值,同时通过T型瘘管手术测定生长猪回肠末端氨基酸消化率。试验一:选取体重为(12±0.5) kg的“杜×长×大”健康去势公猪18头,随机分成对照组、65%EHCP组和85%EHCP组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验二:选取体重为(15±0.3) kg的“杜×长×大”健康去势公猪18头,于回肠末端进行T型瘘管手术,随机分成对照组(无氮饲粮)、65%EHCP饲粮组和85%EHCP饲粮组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。结果表明:(1)65%EHCP组生长猪消化能值和代谢能值分别为14.89 MJ/kg和13.52 MJ/kg;85%EHCP组生长猪消化能值和代谢能值分别为16.39 MJ/kg和14.57 MJ/kg。(2)65%EHCP饲粮组的氨基酸表观和标准回肠消化率分别为69.84%~93.57%和76.20%~94.28%。85%EHCP饲粮组的氨基酸表观和标准回肠消化率分别为70.89%~95.99%和81.64%~97.38%。综上所述,85%EHCP的消化能、代谢能和必需氨基酸的回肠末端消化率高于65%EHCP,为EHCP在猪饲养中的应用提供了理论参考。
The objective of this study was to determine the effective energy value of enzyme hydrolysis of cottonseed protein(EHCP)in growing pigs by means of the Total fecal collection method,and to study amino acid terminal ileum digestibility by simple T-cannulas operation.In experiment one,eighteen healthy castrated(Duroc×Landraces×Yorkshire)boars with body weight of(12±0.5)kg were selected.The pigs were randomly divided into con‐trol group(basal diet),65%EHCP group,and 85%EHCP group with six replicates per group and one pig per replicate.In Experiment two,eighteen healthy castrated(Duroc×Landraces×Yorkshire)boars weigh‐ing(15±0.3)kg were selected to perform simple T-cannulas in the terminal ileum.In a randomized block design,the pigs were divided into control group(N-free diet),65%EHCP diet group,and 85%EHCP diet group,with six replicates per group and one pig per replicate.The results showed as follows:①under 65%EHCP feeding basis,the ME and ME of growing pigs were 14.89 MJ/kg and 13.52 MJ/kg,respectively.The digestive energy and metabolizing energy values of growing pigs with 85%EHCP feed‐ing basis were 16.39 MJ/kg and 14.57 MJ/kg,respectively.②The AID and SID of 65%EHCP amino ac‐ids were 69.84%-93.57%and 76.20%-94.28%,respectively.The AID and SID of 85%EHCP were 70.89%-95.99%and 81.64%-97.38%,respectively.In conclusion,the digestitive energy,metabolic energy,and terminal ileal digestionability of essential amino acids of 85%EHCP were higher than those of 65%EHCP,providing a theoretical reference for the application of EHCP in pig feeding.
