摘要
前期实施基于消费者视域的“餐饮企业反食品浪费策略重要性程度”问卷调查,并在此基础上进行归纳、分析、总结,以期为餐饮企业制定精准的反食品浪费长效机制提供借鉴。
In the early stage,a questionnaire survey on the“importance of anti food waste strategies in catering enterprises”based on consumer perspectives was implemented,and based on this,induction,analysis,and summary were conducted in order to provide reference for catering enterprises to develop accurate long-term mechanisms for anti food waste.
