摘要
为了研究玉米醇溶蛋白的纳米递送研究领域的趋势和热点,基于中国知网(China national knowledge inf-rastructure,CNKI)和Web of science(WOS)核心核集数据库为数据来源,运用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对2009—2022年的文献进行分析。结果表明,从2020年开始关于玉米醇溶蛋白的纳米递送相关文献快速增长;研究报道最多的国家依次是中国、美国、伊朗,中国农业大学高彦祥研究最深入;《Food Hydrocolloid》是玉米醇溶蛋白的纳米递送领域发文量最高的期刊,研究热点主要集中于玉米醇溶蛋白的纳米递送结构和功能的研究。综上所述,通过可视化分析研究了研究玉米醇溶蛋白的纳米递送的现状,为未来的研究提供重要依据。
In order to study the trends and hotspots in the field of nanodelivery of corn zein,this article was based on the core core core databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS),and uses CiteSpace visualization analysis software to analyze the literature from 2009 to 2022.The results indicated that since 2020,there had been a rapid increase in literature related to the nano delivery of zein;The countries with the most research reports were China,the United States,and Iran in order;The most in-depth research by Gao Yanxiang from China Agricultural University;《Food Hydroloid》was the journal with the highest publication volume in the field of nanodelivery of zein;The research hotspots mainly focus on the nano delivery structure and function of zein.In summary,the current status of nanodelivery of corn zein had been studied through visual analysis,providing important basis for future research.
