摘要
生物经济这一基于生物资源的保护、开发和利用的经济模式,以医药、农业、健康、环保、能源、材料等产业的广泛深度融合为显著特征,描绘着人类社会未来发展的美好蓝图。云南作为我国生物多样性最为丰富的省份,发展生物经济是充分发挥云南自身的资源优势和区位优势,加速产业转型升级和加快构建国际国内双循环新发展格局的重要途径。本文梳理了国内外推动生物经济发展的主要做法和云南的基础与优势,从产业层面分析云南生物经济发展存在的问题并提出科技支撑云南生物经济发展的几点建议。
Based on the protection,development and utilization of biological resources,and characterized by the extensive and deep integration of medicine,health,agriculture,forestry,e nergy,environmental protection,materials and other industries,the bio-economy is outlining a beautiful blueprint for the future development of human society.Yunnan is one of the provinces with the richest biodiversity in China,and the development of bio-economy is an important way to give full play to Yunnan's resource advantages and location advantages,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and speed up the construction of a new international and domestic double-cycle development pattern.This paper compiles the main practices of promoting the development of bio-economy at home and abroad and the foundation and advantages of Yunnan,analyzes the problems of supporting the development of bio-economy in Yunnan by science and technology from the level of industrial foundation,and puts forward a few suggestions for supporting the development of bio-economy in Yunnan by science and technology.
