特异与非特异性脂肪因子对动物脂质沉积的作用与机制研究进展

摘要 动物脂质沉积受到营养、遗传和环境等多种因素共同影响,对提高饲料利用率和改善肉质方面具有重要意义。研究发现,脂肪因子在脂质沉积的调控中发挥着重要作用,它通过调节食欲、脂肪酸氧化、脂质合成与分解以及白色脂肪棕色化等多种途径调控脂质沉积。本文综述了特异与非特异性脂肪因子对动物脂质沉积的作用及机制研究进展,并展望了脂肪因子未来的研究方向,旨在从脂肪因子角度为脂质沉积的研究提供参考。 The deposition of lipids in animals is influenced by several factors,including nutrition,genetics and the environment,which significantly impact both feed utilization and meat quality.Recent research has identi⁃fied the pivotal role of adipokines in regulating lipid deposition.Adipokines regulate lipid deposition through pathways involving appetite regulation,fatty acid oxidation,lipid synthesis and breakdown,as well as the browning of white adipose tissue.This paper reviewed the effects and mechanisms of specific and non⁃specific adipokines on animal lipid deposition,and anticipates future research directions of adipokines,aiming to pro⁃vide a scientific basis for the study of lipid deposition from the perspective of adipokines.
