掘进工作面精准过断层工艺流程优化

摘要 为了解决掘进工作面过断层速度慢、支护困难等问题。本文以钱营孜煤矿W3210工作面机巷过fhd1断层为研究背景,提出不同顶板支护参数分区支护方法,并采用“超前预注浆+锚网梁索+套TU型棚”联合支护技术进行现场应用及效果检测。研究结果表明:在联合支护技术的应用下,巷道顶底板位移量仅为1 mm,两帮位移量为2 mm,锚杆受力的一直保持20 kN不变,锚索受力的最大变化量仅为2 kN。说明该过断层方案实施效果良好,能够保障巷道安全掘进的顺利进行。 In order to solve the problems of slow fault crossing speed and difficult support in heading face.Based on the research background of W3210 working face roadway passing through fhd1 fault in qianyingzi coal mine,this paper puts forward the partition support method of different roof support parameters,and adopts the combined support technology of"advance pre grouting+anchor net beam cable+sleeve TU shed"for field application and effect detection.The results show that under the application of the combined support technology,the displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway is only 1 mm,the displacement of the two sides is 2 mm,the force of the bolt has been kept unchanged at 20 kN,and the maximum change of the force of the anchor cable is only 2 kN.It shows that the implementation effect of the fault crossing scheme is good,which can ensure the smooth progress of roadway safety excavation.
