摘要
随着我国科技水平的不断提升和文化强国战略的持续推进,数字文化以其独有的价值优势和形态特征成为文化产业的重要增长点。面对数字文化带来的发展机遇和挑战,如何把握文化治理体系改革的时代契机,健全具有中国特色的数字文化治理机制,在推动数字文化产业健康发展、回应人民群众文化需求的同时,保护中华文化安全,值得重视和研究。基于我国的政策环境和治理实践,应当立足中国国情,建立统一的数字文化标准体系;积极培育全社会共建共治共享的治理理念;依托党的领导,推动跨领域、跨区域的数字文化协同发展;强化社会监督功能。
With the continuous improvement of China’s technological level and the ongoing advance-ment of the strategy to strengthen the country through culture,digital culture has become an impor-tant growth point in the cultural industry due to its unique values and characteristics.Faced with the development opportunities and challenges brought by digital culture,it is essential to seize the oppor-tunity of governance system reform for culture,establish a sound digital cultural governance mecha-nism with Chinese characteristics,promote the healthy development of the digital cultural industry,respond to the cultural needs of the people,and protect the security of Chinese culture.Based on China’s policies and governance practices,it is necessary to focus on China’s national conditions,establish a unified digital cultural standard system,actively cultivate the social governance model based on collaboration,participation and shared benefits,rely on the leadership of the Party to pro-mote cross-field and cross-regional coordinated development of digital culture,and strengthen social supervision functions.
