摘要
瑜伽健身运动源自东方古文明,与我国儒释道文化和传统体育在机理上既有差异,也有相通之处。本文采用文献综述法、实践法、调查问卷法等方法,在课程教学中,厘清瑜伽的文化源流,尝试用中国传统文化来解读健身瑜伽的内在机理,并详细阐释瑜伽健身运动中的冥想、呼吸练习和体式,以此加强体育文化的交流和融合,打造适合我国传统文化背景的校园健身瑜伽课程。
Yoga fitness exercise,originating from ancient Eastern civilizations,shares similarities and differences with Chinese Confucian,Buddhist,and Taoist cultures,as well as traditional sports,in terms of mechanisms.This paper utilizes methods such as literature review,practical application,and surveys to clarify the cultural origins of yoga in course teachings,attempts to interpret the inner mechanisms of fitness yoga through Chinese traditional culture,and elaborates in detail on the meditation,breathing exercises,and poses involved in yoga fitness exercises.This aims to enhance the exchange and integration of sports culture and create a campus yoga fitness program suitable for China’s traditional cultural background.
