基于生态系统服务的太湖入湖河道水环境优化路径分析

摘要 目前,太湖入湖河道水环境依然面临部分挑战。基于生态系统服务,深入探讨太湖入湖河道水环境质量提升策略。总体来说,要维护生态系统的整体性和连通性,将污染源头控制与生态修复结合,推进水资源的可持续利用,增强公众参与度与幸福感。以常州市雅浦港生态缓冲区建设示范工程为例,分析策略的应用效果,然后提出建议。要明确和细化水生态考核指标,强化重点工程资金保障,产学融合,科学提高治理水平,以提升入湖河道水环境质量,促进太湖流域的高质量发展。 At present,the water environment of the rivers entering the Taihu lake is still facing some challenges.Based on ecosystem services,the strategies for improving the water environment quality of the rivers entering the Taihu lake are discussed in depth.Overall,it is necessary to maintain the integrity and connectivity of the ecosystem,combine pollution source control with ecological restoration,promote sustainable use of water resources,and enhance public participation and happiness.Taking the construction demonstration project of the ecological buffer zone in Yapu port,Changzhou city as an example,the application effect of the strategy is analyzed,and then the suggestions are proposed.It is necessary to clarify and refine the assessment indicators of water ecology,strengthen the fund guarantee for key projects,integrate production and learning,and scientifically improve the governance level,so as to improve the water environment quality of rivers entering the lake and promote the high-quality development of the the Taihu lake basin.
