摘要
电磁诱导透明效应作为一种量子现象,在慢光效应、非线性器件等方面有潜在的应用价值。本文设计一种椭圆形石墨烯环形跑道结构,通过时域有限积分法分析结构的传输特性。通过分析结构单元的不同部分,得到该结构为双明模耦合得到电磁诱导透明效应。通过分析电场分布,解释了该电磁诱导透明效应产生的物理机理。分析入射角和石墨烯化学势对该结构的透射率的影响,得到大角度和可调谐的电磁诱导透明效应。该研究结果在光存储、慢光器件以及太赫兹传感等方面有潜在的应用。
As a quantum phenomenon,the electromagnetically induced transparency effect has potential applications in slow light effects and nonlinear devices.In this paper,an elliptical graphene ring track structure is designed and investigated,and the electromagnetically induced transparency effect is obtained by the time domain finite integration method.By analyzing different parts of the structural unit,the electromagnetically induced transparency effect is obtained of the structure by bright-bright mode coupling.The physical mechanism of the electromagnetically induced transparency effect is explained by analyzing the electric field distribution.The effects of incident angle and graphene chemical potential on the transmittance of this structure were analyzed,and a large-angle and tunable electromagnetically induced transparency effect was obtained.The findings have potential applications in optical storage,slowlight devices,and terahertz sensing.
