摘要
装备制造业作为制造业的核心产业,历来是世界各国的发展重点。中国作为装备制造业的后起之秀,虽经过多年发展在很多方面取得了突破性成就,但仍暂时改变不了在很多高端装备制造业上大量依靠进口的局面,而俄罗斯作为老牌工业强国,在很多装备制造业的发展上可与中国形成互补,加之中俄双边关系不断优化及俄罗斯遭受西方制裁急需与中国加强合作,所以在此大背景下,通过推进中俄装备制造业的高质量协同发展,支持智能制造装备、轨道交通装备、船舶与海洋工程装备等重点领域的合作,可以推动中国装备制造业加快“走出去”,进而带动相关装备制造业加速创新升级。
As the core industry of the manufacturing industry,the equipment manufacturing industry has always been the focus of development of all countries in the world.As a rising star in the equipment manufacturing industry,although after years of development has made breakthroughs in many aspects,it still cannot temporarily change the situation of relying on imports in many high-end equipment manufacturing industries,and Russia,as an old industrial power,can complement China in the development of many equipment manufacturing industries,coupled with the continuous optimization of Sino-Russian bilateral relations and Russia is in urgent need of strengthening cooperation with China due to Western sanctions,so in this context,by promoting the high-quality coordinated development of the equipment manufacturing industry between China and Russia,Supporting cooperation in key areas such as intelligent manufacturing equipment,rail transit equipment,and shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment can promote China's equipment manufacturing industry to accelerate its"going out",which in turn will drive the related equipment manufacturing industry to accelerate innovation and upgrading.
