摘要
目的探讨基于健康信念模式的微信延续性护理在2型糖尿病中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2023年5月在南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者102例,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,各51例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于健康信念模式的微信延续性护理。比较两组护理前后健康信念、血糖指标。结果护理后,两组糖尿病健康信念问卷评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于健康信念模式的微信延续性护理应用于2型糖尿病患者可有效提升其健康信念,并有效控制血糖水平。
Objective To explore application effect of WeChat continuous nursing based on health belief model in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 102 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Huaian First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,while observation group received WeChat continuous nursing based on health belief model.Health beliefs and blood glucose indicators between two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,scores of diabetes health belief questionnaire in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat continuous nursing based on health belief model in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve their health belief and control blood glucose levels.
