沟通案例比赛在护理临床实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨沟通案例比赛在护理临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法便利抽样选取2021年7—11月在浙江大学医学院附属金华医院的153名护生作为研究对象,将参加沟通案例比赛的护生设为试验组,未参加沟通案例比赛的护生设为对照组。在4个月的实习过程中,试验组采用医院的沟通与冲突的理论培训及带教老师的实践指导,2个月后参加沟通案例比赛,比赛后继续实习2个月;对照组采用医院的沟通与冲突的理论培训及带教老师的实践指导。4个月后比较2组护生的沟通能力,同时调查试验组护生对沟通案例比赛教学方式的评价。结果试验组护生沟通能力测评得分为(87.31±10.26)分,高于对照组[(82.76±10.98)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护生对沟通案例比赛教学方式的认可度均高于95.0%。结论沟通案例比赛的实施不仅提升了护生临床沟通能力,还有助于提高临床教学效果,优化教学过程。 Objective To explore the application effect of communication case competition in nursing clinical practice teaching.Methods A total of 153 nursing students enrolled in Affiliated Jinhua Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from July to November 2021 were selected as the study objects.The nursing students who participated in the communication case competition were set as the experimental group,and those who did not participate in the communication case competition were set as the control group.During the 4-month internship,the theoretical training of communication and conflict in the hospital and the practical guidance of the teacher was adopted by the experimental group.After 2 months,they were arranged to participate in the communication case competition and continue practicing for 2 months after the competition.The theoretical training of communication and conflict in the hospital and the practical guidance of the teacher was adopted by the control group as well.After 4 months,the communication abil i ty of the two groups of nursing students was compared,and the evaluation of the teaching methods of communication case competition was investigated.Results The score of communication ability of nursing students in experimental group was(87.31±10.26)points,which was higher than(82.76±10.98)points in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The acceptance of the teaching method of communication case competition was higher than 95.0%.Conclusion The implementation of the communication case competition not only improves the clinical communication ability of nursing students,but also helps to improve the clinical teaching effect and optimize the teaching process.
