摘要
目的:在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)检查中采取心脏彩超联合颈动脉超声方式,探索分析该联合方式的临床诊断效能。方法:选取2020年6月~2023年6月本院收治的80例疑似冠心病患者,均实施同样的影像学检查,即心脏彩超、颈动脉超声、冠状动脉造影(视为“金标准”,阳性、阴性分别62例、18例)。分析心脏彩超、颈动脉超声单独检查、两者联合检查的效能。结果:联合检查(心脏彩超+颈动脉超声)准确率、特异度、灵敏度均高于心脏彩超、颈动脉超声单独检查,且漏诊率低于单独检查(P<0.05)。冠心病组Tei指数、斑块积分、颈动脉内膜中层厚度均高于非冠心病组,但左心室射血分数低于非冠心病组(P<0.05)。结论:心脏彩超、颈动脉超声联合检查在冠心病中具备较高的诊断效能,可降低漏诊率,提升诊断准确率、特异度及敏感度,为临床医师诊疗方案制定提供诸多参考依据。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical diagnostic efficacy of heart color ultrasound combined with carotid artery ultrasound in the examination of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:80 suspected patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected,and the same imaging examinations were performed including cardiac color ultrasound,carotid artery ultrasound,and coronary angiography(considered the“gold standard”,with 62 positive and 18 negative cases respectively).Explore and analyze the efficacy of single or combined cardiac ultrasound/carotid artery ultrasound examination.Results:The accuracy,specificity,and sensitivity of the combined examination(cardiac color ultrasound+carotid artery ultrasound)were higher than those of the simple examination of cardiac color ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of the simple examination(P<0.05).The Tei index,plaque score,and carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT)of the CHD group were higher than those of the non CHD group,but the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was lower than that of the non CHD group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined examination of heart color ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound has a high diagnostic efficiency in CHD,which can reduce the rate of missed diagnosis,improve the diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity,and provide many references for clinicians to make diagnosis and treatment plans.
