摘要
目的 研究孕中期血清可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)/胎盘生长因子(PLGF)比值,子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)对子痫前期(PE)发病的相关性。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年6月于河北省唐山市妇幼保健院孕检且分娩的孕妇146名为研究对象。依据是否发生PE将其分为对照组和PE组。收集两组一般资料及临床资料,比较孕中期sFlt-1、PLGF、sFlt-1/PLGF比值、PI,分析PE发生的影响因素。结果 146名孕妇中73名发生PE,发生率为50%。PE组孕龄低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PE组sFlt-1、sFlt-1/PLGF比值、PI高于对照组,PLGF低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。sFlt-1、PLGF、sFlt-1/PLGF比值为PE发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 孕中期血清sFlt-1/PLGF比值是PE的发生影响因素,PI对其发生无影响,临床应密切观察相关指标,并进行有效、合理的干预。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1(sFlt-1)/placenta growth factor(PLGF) ratio,uterine artery pulsatility index(PI) and preeclampsia(PE) in mid-pregnancy.Methods A total of 146 pregnant women who gave birth in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hebei Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and PE group according to whether PE occurrence.General and clinical data of two groups were collected,and sFlt-1,PLGF,sFlt-1/PLGF ratio,and PI were compared in mid-pregnancy,and the influencing factors of PE occurrence were analyzed.Results Among 146pregnant women,73 developed PE,and the incidence was 50%.Gestational age of PE group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).sFlt-1,sFlt-1/PLGF ratio,and PI in PE group were higher than those in control group,and PLGF was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).sFlt-1,PLGF,and sFlt-1/PLGF ratio were the influencing factors of PE occurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum sFlt-1/PLGF in mid-pregnancy is the influencing factor of PE occurrence,while unterine artery PI has no effect on its occurrency.And relevant indicators should be closely observed and effective and reasonable intervention should be carried out.
