面向2024-T3铝片的机器人超声喷丸校形研究

摘要 超声喷丸技术在成型校形、表面改性等方面具有广阔的应用前景。为了了解不同工艺参数对喷丸效果的影响,以2024-T3铝片为研究对象,将超声喷丸设备搭载在工业机器人平台上进行试验,以试片弧高变化作为评价指标,分析加工距离、超声振幅、喷丸次数对喷丸效果的影响。结果表明,弧高随加工距离的增大而减小,随超声振幅的增大而增大,随喷丸次数的增加呈现先增大后趋于稳定的趋势。提出一种工艺参数组合选择方法,得到多种常用工艺参数组合下的弧高变化曲线及相关参数,为不同工件待校形区域的校形工艺参数选择提供参考。 Ultrasonic shot peening technology has broad application prospect in molding and surface modification.In order to understand the influence of different process parameters on the shot peening effect,the ultrasonic shot peening equipment was carried on the industrial robot platform with the 2024-T3 aluminum sheet as the research object,and the change of the arc height of the test piece was used as the evaluation index to analyze the influence of processing distance,ultrasonic amplitude and shot peening times on the shot peening effect.The result shows that the arc height decreases with the increase of the processing distance,increases with the increase of ultrasonic amplitude,and increases first and then tends to stabilize with the increase of shot peening.A method for selecting the combination of process parameters was proposed,and the arc height variation curve and related parameters under the combination of a variety of commonly used process parameters were obtained,which provided a reference for the selection of the calibration process parameter in the area to be calibrated in different work pieces.
