摘要
大气压固体分析探头离子源(ASAP)是利用加热的氮气脱溶剂气体来蒸发样品以及利用电晕针放电来进行样品电离。ASAP显著优势为非破坏、分析流程简化、高灵敏度、环境友好的优点。通过与各种质谱仪器相结合,更好的发挥了ASAP的优势,提供了高分辨率、高灵敏度和更精确的质量测量,还可与其他技术进行相互佐证。文章将从ASAP技术工作原理、流程进行介绍,从农药兽药、工业产品、资源环境、生物医药等多领域出发,阐述在各分析领域中面临的挑战与前景,旨在为ASAP技术应用提供参考和新的视角。
The Atmospheric Pressure Solid State Analytical Probe Ion Source(ASAP)primarily utilizes heated nitrogen desolventized gas to evaporate the sample as well as corona needle discharge to ionize the sample.The significant advantages of the ASAP are non-destructive,simplified analytical process,high sensitivity,and environmentally friendly,by combining it with a variety of mass spectrometry instruments.By combining with various mass spectrometers,the advantages of ASAP were better utilized,providing high resolution,high sensitivity and more accurate mass measurements,and could also be mutually corroborated with other techniques.The working principle and process of ASAP technology were intorduced,and the challenges and prospects in each analytical field from the perspective of pesticides and veterinary drugs,industrial products,resources and environment were elaborated,aimed to provide reference and new perspectives for the application of ASAP technology.
