基于城市山地公园功能性空间的雨洪工程系统研究

摘要 城市山地公园受地形制约与建设扰动,往往集中分布大型不透水广场,产生大量暴雨径流。同时,山地坡度造成公园内汇流迅速,雨水滞蓄能力受限。作为城市开发建设抢占城市雨洪安全空间的典型案例,研究区山地公园充分利用景观水系、雨水湖以及道路雨水系统,构建三级雨洪系统,保证片区防洪安全及公园各功能分区的顺利实施;并将景观雨水湖改造为生态并联调蓄池,达到调蓄削峰的作用,保证公园建设满足内涝防治要求。雨洪工程系统方案的研究是基于城市山地公园特殊功能空间的一次精细化尝试,是雨洪系统与城市公园建设的有机结合,可为类似区域开发建设过程的内涝防治提供经验借鉴。 Urban mountain parks are often concentrated in large impervious squares due to terrain constraints and construction disturbances,resulting in a large amount of rainstorm runoff.At the same time,the significant slope causes the rapid confluence of mountain parks and the limited rainwater retention capacity.It is a typical case of urban development and construction and urban stormwater safety.Mountain parks makes full use of the park landscape water system,the rainwater lake and the road rainwater system to construct a three-level rainwater system to ensure the flood control,as well as safety of the area and the smooth implementation of each functional partition of the park to transform the landscape rainwater lake into an ecological parallel storage tank to achieve the effect of storage and peak shaving,and ensure that the park construction meets the requirements of waterlogging prevention and control.The research on the rainwater engineering system scheme in this paper is a refined attempt based on the special functional space of urban mountain parks.It is an organic coupling connection between the rainwater system and the construction of urban parks,which can provide experience for the prevention and control of waterlogging in the process of subsequent development and construction of similar regions.
