摘要
回顾国内外建筑节能的发展历程,分析被动式超低能耗建筑(简称被动房)在我国推广应用中的问题。从理论研究和建筑后评估两方面,总结了我国被动房研究取得的进展,展望了未来研究方向。
The development history of building energy efficiency at home and abroad is reviewed.The problems in the popularization and application of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings(referred to as passive house)in China are analyzed.The progress of passive house research in China is summarized from both theoretical research and post-occupancy evaluation.The future research directions are proposed.
