摘要
目的比较Solyx单切口尿道中段无张力悬吊术和经闭孔尿道中段无张力悬吊术(TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2020-01—2021-06郑州大学第二附属医院收治的102例女性SUI患者,根据手术方式分为Sloyx组(58例)、TVT-O组(44例)。比较2组患者的基线资料、临床疗效、术后生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果2组手术时间、术中出血量和术后排尿困难发病率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。48 h拔除尿管后,Solyx组患者的残余尿量少于TVT-O组,术后大腿内侧疼痛的发生率低于TVT-O组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1、6、12个月时,2组患者的客观治愈率和主观治愈率均>90%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Solyx单切口悬吊术与TVT-O治疗女性压力性尿失禁,均有良好的安全性和效果。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Solyx single incision midurethral tension-free suspension and transobturator midurethral tension-free suspension(TVT-O)in the treatment of SUI in women.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 102 female patients with SUI admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2020-01 to 2021-06.According to the surgical method they were divided into Sloyx group(58 cases)and TVT-O group(44 cases).Statistical analysis of general data,surgical outcomes,postoperative quality of life and complications were performed for both groups of the patients.Results There were no significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and incidence of postoperative dysuria between the two groups(P>0.05).After 48 h of urethral catheter removal the residual urine volume of patients in the Solyx group was less than that in the TVT-O group,the incidence of postoperative inner thigh pain was lower than that in the TVT-O group。There were no significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).At 1,6 and 12 months after surgery,the objective and subjective cureative rates of the two groups were>90%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Solyx single incision suspension and TVT-O have good safety and efficacy in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women.
