摘要
与浅层煤矿开采相比,深层煤矿开采的难度相对较大,容易出现突发事件,因此,煤矿安全管理与事故应急救援对于煤矿开采具有十分重要的现实意义。结合4R危机管理理论,深入探讨了煤矿应急管理理论,印证了该管理模式在煤矿应急管理中具有良好的适用性。在此基础上,结合网络分析法、Super Decision软件,构建了基于4R理论的煤矿应急救援能力评价指标体系模型。最后,结合实际情况验证了该评价模型的实用性。
Compared with shallow coal mining,deep coal mining is relatively difficult and prone to unexpected events.Therefore,coal mine safety management and emergency rescue are of great practical significance for coal mining.Combining the 4R crisis management theory,this paper deeply explores the theory of coal mine emergency management and confirms the good applicability of this management model in coal mine emergency management.On this basis,a coal mine emergency rescue capability evaluation index system model based on the 4R theory was constructed by combining network analysis method and Super Decision software.Finally,the practicality of the evaluation model was verified based on actual situations.
