摘要
一通三防系统是煤矿的重要组成部分,确保一通三防系统具有良好性能,可使煤矿开采工作顺利、安全进行。因此,应采取科学、合理的方式对一通三防系统风险进行评估。以某煤矿开采工程作为研究对象,通过对该工程的简单介绍,提出了一种基于HSE的煤矿一通三防系统评估模型,其中包括风险识别、风险度计算、权重确定与风险综合评估,以此为一通三防系统安全运行提供支持。
The one-pass three-proof system is an important part of the coal mine,and the one-pass three-proof system has good performance,which can make the coal mining work smooth and safe.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable way should be adopted to assess the risk of the one-pass three-prevention system.This paper takes a coal mining project as the research object,and through a brief introduction to the project,a HSE-based evaluation model of the coal mine one-pass and three-prevention system is proposed,which includes risk identification,risk degree calculation,weight determination and comprehensive risk assessment,so as to provide support for the safe operation of the one-pass three-prevention system.
