摘要
高层建筑项目的特殊性决定了施工过程中面临着很多施工安全问题。在对实际工程案例进行简要分析的基础上,利用层次分析法构建了安全风险评价模型,共设置4个一级影响因素,16个二级影响因素。通过分析发现有多个二级影响因素的权重值较大,如工程总包与专业分包安全管理合理性、夏季雨季冬季天气作业等,说明这些因素对施工安全有重要影响,对于这类影响因素施工时要制定针对性的措施进行防范,以此保障施工过程人员及财产的安全,为企业创造更大的经济效益。
The particularity of high-rise building projects determines that they face many construction safety issues during the construction process.Based on a brief analysis of actual engineering cases,a safety risk assessment model was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,with a total of 4 primary influencing factors and 16 secondary influencing factors set up.Through analysis,it was found that there are multiple secondary influencing factors with high weight values,such as the rationality of safety management in engineering general contracting and professional subcontracting,summer,rainy season,and winter weather operations.This indicates that these factors have a significant impact on construction safety.Targeted measures should be formulated to prevent these influencing factors during construction,in order to ensure the safety of personnel and property during the construction process and create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
