摘要
我国地域辽阔,道路交通网遍布各种地域,这其中不可避免的会在地下进行隧道钻挖,这使得盾构隧道技术已成为构建城市地下工程中不可或缺的施工技术之一。随着隧道工程的不断扩展,我国的盾构隧道技术也已经相对成熟,但由于其工程受到地质影响较大,当穿越如岩溶发育强烈等地质复杂环境时,仍然会面临施工风险和阻碍。因此,本文从盾构隧道穿越溶洞区域的预处理技术的重要意义入手,深入探讨地质勘探、溶洞处理、及稳定性评估等预处理技术的具体施工步骤。通过实施综合的地质勘探、精确的溶洞填充、以及严格的质量监控,以为盾构隧道工程提供一套完善的溶洞预处理方案,确保工程的安全性、可靠性和经济性,同时也为隧道工程的未来发展提供参考和展望。
Our country has a vast territory,and the road traffic network is spread all over various areas,which inevitably will carry out underground tunnel drilling,which makes the shield tunnel technology has become one of the indispensable construction technologies in the construction of urban underground engineering.With the continuous expansion of tunnel engineering,China's shield tunnel technology has been relatively mature,but because its engineering is greatly influenced by geology,when passing through complex geological environment such as strong karst development,it will still face construction risks and obstacles.Therefore,this paper starts with the significance of pre-treatment technology of shield tunnel through karst cave area,and discusses the concrete construction steps of pre-treatment technology such as geological exploration,karst cave treatment,and stability assessment.Through the implementation of comprehensive geological exploration,accurate cave filling,and strict quality control,the shield tunnel project provides a complete set of cave pretreatment scheme to ensure the safety,reliability and economy of the project,and also provides a reference and prospect for the future development of tunnel engineering.
