纵向牵伸工艺对聚四氟乙烯膜微孔形成的影响

Effect of Longitudinal Stretching Process on Micropore Formation ofPolytetrafluoroethylene Membrane

摘要 聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜经双向拉伸制备而成,拉伸工艺及设备对膜微孔的形成影响显著。对比分析了经不同的纵向牵伸方式制得的微孔膜的面密度、透气率及微观结构,结果显示,箱体加热、牵伸辊不加热的方式更有利于制备均匀且结构清晰、原纤化程度高、孔隙丰富的PTFE微孔膜。 Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)microporous membrane is prepared by biaxial stretching process.The stretching process and equipment have significant influence on the formation of membrane micropores.The surface density,air permeability and microstructure of microporous membrane prepared by different longitudinal stretching and heating methods were compared and analyzed.The results show that the way of heating the box and not heating the drawing roller is more conducive to the preparation of uniform PTFE mi-croporous membrane with clear structure,high fibrillation degree and abundant voids.
