悬挑体育场罩棚风荷载数值模拟

摘要 使用Realizable k-ε湍流模型对悬挑体育场罩棚表面风荷载特性进行CFD数值模拟研究,详细考察体育场罩棚表面风向角对净风压系数、体型系数和平均风压系数分布影响规律,为此结构表面风荷载设计取值提供依据。计算结果表明:体育场罩棚上表面主要是受到风吸力作用,在罩棚前檐和两个角部区域风压系数浮动较大,比如在180°风向角罩棚两个角部区域风压系数为-0.5~-3.5。由于结构造型需要,罩棚顶部凸出的肋对风荷载的影响大,其产生原因为在顶部凸起肋后形成小漩涡,风压系数变化剧烈,90°风向时,来流迎风面第一个肋后面风压系数为-1.5~1.1。由于来流在罩棚后檐出现分离,在180°风向罩棚结构上下表面出现“上吸下压”现象,罩棚受到向上升力。 The CFD numerical simulation of the surface wind load characteristics of cantilever stadium canopy is carried out by using the Realizable k-εturbulence model,and the influence of the surface wind direction angle of stadium canopy on the distribution of net wind pressure coefficient,shape coefficient and average wind pressure coefficient is investigated in detail,which provides a basis for the design value of wind load on the structure surface.The calculation results show that the upper surface of the stadium canopy is mainly affected by wind suction,and the wind pressure coefficient fluctuates greatly in the front eaves and two corners of the canopy.For example,at the 180°wind direction angle,the wind pressure coefficient in the two corners of the canopy is between-0.5 and-3.5.Due to the need of structural modeling,the protruding rib on the top of the canopy has a great impact on the wind load.The reason is that a small vortex is formed behind the protruding rib on the top,and the wind pressure coefficient changes violently;When the wind direction is 90°,the wind pressure coefficient behind the first rib on the windward side of the incoming flow is between-1.5 and 1.1.The phenomenon of“upward suction and downward pressure”appears on the upper and lower surfaces of the canopy structure in the wind direction of 180°,the canopy is subjected to upward lifting force.
