摘要
为判定高速数字通信系统的通信质量,该文根据等效时间采样技术的取样示波器的同步延迟采样工作原理,使用cy7c68013芯片设计USB通信模块进行通信,上位机发送指令给示波器配置相关工作参数,示波器将采集数据传递给上位机,进行波形/眼图绘制,并实现参数运算,实现通过眼图测量方式对通信信号进行相关参数测量的功能。该方案设计的仪器可在采样率较低的情况下,实现对高速信号的评估,速率测量误差在1%以内,因此开发成本低、功能扩展性强、使用方便、应用灵活,具有一定的实用价值。
In order to determine the communication quality of high⁃speed digital communication system,this paper uses cy7c68013 chip to design USB communication module for communication according to the synchronous delay sampling working principle of sampling oscilloscope with equivalent time sampling technology.The upper computer sends instructions to the oscilloscope to configure relevant working parameters.The oscilloscope transmits the collected data to the upper computer for waveform/eye diagram drawing and parameter calculation,The function of measuring relevant parameters of communication signals through eye diagram measurement is realized.The instrument designed in this scheme can realize the evaluation of high⁃speed signal under the condition of low sampling rate,and the rate measurement error is within 1%,so it has low development cost,strong function expansion,convenient use,flexible application and certain practical value.
