摘要
以某数控系统为平台对五轴数控工具磨床的触发式测头功能原理、参数编程及数据交互功能进行深入研究,利用C++与MFC编程语言开发了平面找正程序。在国产五轴数控工具磨床(FX-500)上对三种结构类型的刀片进行探测找正,验证了程序的可行性与通用性。结果表明,该平面找正工艺和程序简单易用,在提高找正效率的同时丰富了机床的制造工艺。
A CNC system is used as the platform to conduct in-depth research on the functional principle,parameter programming,and data interaction functions of the probe of a five axis CNC tool grinder.A plane alignment program is developed using C++and MFC programming languages.And the feasibility and universality of the program are verified by detecting and aligning three types of workpieces or blades on a domestically produced CNC tool grinder(FX-500).The process and program of plane alignment in this set are easy to use,it can improve the alignment efficiency and enriching the manufacturing process of machine tools.
