氧化石墨烯对SBS改性沥青流变及抗老化性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究氧化石墨烯用量对于SBS改性沥青性能的影响,采用三大指标和存储稳定性试验分析复合改性沥青的常规性能,并利用动态剪切流变仪和低温小梁弯曲流变仪分析复合改性沥青的高温和低温流变性能,最后采用短期老化和长期老化评价其耐老化性能。试验结果表明,掺入GO可改善SBS改性沥青的黏稠性、温度敏感性和低温延展性,并提高其储存稳定性;在相同温度下,掺入一定量GO可明显增强其高温抗变形和抗车辙能力,但同时降低了低温应力松弛能力和抗开裂能力;无论短期老化还是长期老化,掺入GO后均可以降低SBS改性沥青的老化程度,改善其耐老化性能。综合改善效果和经济性,其GO用量建议不高于0.5%。 In order to study the effect of graphene oxide dosage on the performance of SBS modified asphalt,three major indicators and storage stability tests were used to analyze the conventional performance of composite modified asphalt.Dynamic shear rheometer and low-temperature small beam bending rheometer were used to analyze the high-temperature and low-temperature rheological properties of composite modified asphalt.Finally,short-term and long-term aging were used to evaluate its aging resistance.The test results showed that:The addition of GO can improve the viscosity,temperature sensitivity and low-temperature ductility of SBS modified asphalt,and enhance its storage stability;At the same temperature,adding a certain amount of GO can significantly enhance its high-temperature deformation resistance and rutting resistance,but at the same time reduce its lowtemperature stress relaxation ability and cracking resistance;Regardless of short-term or long-term aging,the addition of GO can reduce the aging degree of SBS modified asphalt and improve its aging resistance.Based on the comprehensive improvement effect and economy,it is recommended that the GO dosage should not exceed 0.5%.
