特大桥梁桥面径流净化应急耦合技术研究

摘要 在充分利用目前高速公路完备的交通安全设施及机电系统的基础上,基于主动预防与被动防护相结合的理念,研究长大桥梁的桥面径流净化应急耦合技术,提出桥面径流集中收集、远程控制、应急处置一体化集成系统。当发生危险化学品泄漏事故时,能通过监控系统自动实现危化品泄露应急存储,还可净化污染较大的初期径流,从根本上避免污染事故的产生,保障周边居民的饮水安全。 On the basis of making full use of the perfect traffic safety facilities and the electromechanical system of the expressway at present,based on the idea of combining active prevention with passive protection,the coupling technology of deck runoff purification and emergency response of long bridge is studied,and an integrated system of centralized collection,remote control and emergency response of deck runoff is proposed.In case of hazardous chemical leakage accident,the monitoring system can automatically realize the emergency storage of hazardous chemical leakage,and also can purify the initial runoff with large pollution to fundamentally avoid the occurrence of pollution accidents and truly ensure the drinking water safety of the surrounding residents.
