摘要
目的:探索适合我国ASD儿童的家庭干预模式,为ASD儿童的干预提供更多的选择。方法:选取2022年3月至2022年9在佳木斯大学附属第三医院进行康复干预的ASD儿童60例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组30例。对照组进行常规的康复干预模式,干预组在常规的康复干预模式上加入家庭干预模式。两组ASD儿童分别于干预前进行自闭症儿童心理教育评核法和儿童适应行为评定量表的评估,于干预后6个月分别进行上述两个量表的评估,两组家长分别填写自制的对ASD疾病的认识和主要干预方法的问卷调查。结果:与对照组相比,干预组PEP-3评价结果有效人数较多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组儿童适应行为ADQ分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中认知功能因子和社会/自制因子两方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),独立功能因子和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组家长问卷调查分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭干预模式可有效改善ASD儿童认知和语言理解等症状,并提高家长对该疾病的认识及相关干预方法的掌握。
Objective:To explore a family intervention model suitable for children with ASD in China and provide more options for intervention for children with ASD.Methods:Sixty children with ASD who underwent rehabilitation intervention in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from March 2022 to September 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention mode.The intervention group added family intervention mode to the conventional rehabilitation intervention mode.Two groups of ASD children were evaluated with the mental education assessment for autistic children and the adaptive behavior assessment scale for children before the intervention,and the two scales were evaluated six months after the intervention.The parents of the two groups filled in self-made questionnaires on their understanding of ASD diseases and main intervention methods.Results:Compared with the control group,the effective number of PEP-3 evaluation results in the intervention group was higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The ADQ score of children in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The parents'questionnaire scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family intervention model can effectively improve the cognitive and language understanding symptoms of children with ASD,and improve parents'understanding of the disease and the mastery of relevant intervention methods.
