摘要
TBO运行是民航未来发展的重大系统性工程,需统一各项标准和运行规范,目前空管运行体系存在的运行相对分割、信息共享相对分离、系统建设相对独立的问题严重影响了TBO运行概念的建设和发展。针对上述问题,文章通过应用信息资源规划方法和6W模型,提出了一种通用概念模型构建方法,指导TBO运行模式下的统一空中交通管理概念系统建模。通过提高对TBO运行的认识,能够有效地为后续相关业务实现信息化提供技术支撑。
Thc unified operation standards and specifications are the much-needed foundation of Trajectory Based Operations(TBO),which is a significant and systematic project for civil avia-tion.Currently,the existing problems in the air traffic management(ATM)system have a big impact on the construction and development of TBO,which contains relatively segmented oper-ation patterns,separated information sharing,and isolated system construction.As to these prob-lems,this work proposes a general concept model construction method,which can be used to guide the conccpt system modeling for the future ATM under TBO patterns.The enhancement of TBO concept rccognition can provide the tcchnology support for the subscqucnt busincss-rc-lated informalization.
