摘要
社区存量空间是社区内未被利用的公共产权空间。社区生活圈存量空间组织优化是指对社区内的硬件设施和现有资源进行整合与重新组织,通过社区生活圈的建立改善城市发展中的矛盾。基于文献研究和类比分析,总结了存量空间设计策略,为社区生活圈概念下的存量空间组织优化研究提供理论依据。通过实地调研,发现并总结了中山门东里社区存量空间存在的问题。研究结果结合天津市中山门东里的实际需求和条件,提出设计策略和空间规划建议。
Community stock space refers to the unused public property space within a community.The optimization of stock space organization in the community living circle involves integrating and organizing the existing hardware facilities and resources within the community.By establishing the community living circle,it aims to address the contradictions in urban development.Drawing upon literature research and analogical analysis,this study summarizes the design strategies for stock space and provides a theoretical foundation for the optimization of stock space organization under the concept of the community living circle.Based on field investigations,the identified issues in the Zhongshanmen East Lane community's stock space are analyzed and summarized.Taking into consideration the actual needs and conditions of Zhongshanmen East Lane in Tianjin,this research proposes design strategies and spatial planning.
